1/4 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh basil leaves*
1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
4 medium tomatoes, cored, seeded, each cut into 8 wedges
To core and seed tomatoes, cut tomatoes into quarters; remove core, seeds and liquid surrounding seeds.
