Ingredients

Crust

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

2/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

1/3 cup chopped pecans

Filling

1 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

2/3 cup chopped pecans

2/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

3 large Land O Lakes® Eggs

3 tablespoons honey

Decoration

Powdered sugar, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine flour, sugar and 2/3 cup butter in bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in 1/3 cup pecans. Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

  3. STEP 3

    Combine all filling ingredients in same bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Pour over hot, partially baked crust. Continue baking 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely; cut into bars.

  4. STEP 4

    Place stencil onto individual bars; sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
