Herb-seasoned chicken recipe that is All-American and has the added convenience of oven frying.
Heat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in 13x9-inch baking pan in oven.
Meanwhile, combine stuffing mix, parsley, sage and garlic powder in 9-inch pie pan; mix well.
Dip chicken pieces into melted butter, then roll in seasoned crumb mixture to coat. Place in prepared pan, skin-side up. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Bake 70-80 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.

Fantastic! Everyone loved it. I cook for my son's family. My granddaughter 9 years ate it and loved it. She had had a really bad experience with a breaded chicken at Disney in Feb. but her Father and Mother encouraged her to eat it and she had to admit it was "soooooo good!" Me too!
I have a very small family, so I cut his recipe in half, and substituted drumsticks for the whole chicken. Otherwise I followed the instruction - mmmhhh. Excellent !!I will have 2 teenager for 2 weeks for a visit soon. I will definatly make this dinner for them.
