this is better with mrs grass's vegetable soup mix and no sour cream, i used miracle whip instead
I thought this was horrible. It was bland and had way too much spinach. I was embarrassed! I made it for a party and no one ate it. They all thought it was horrible too. I had to explain it was a new recipe and apologize. Only thing it had going for it was the water chestnuts. Loved the crunch.
