Tender biscuit topping is perfect for dunking into the sweet apple and pear juices.
Heat oven to 400°F.
Combine all fruit mixture ingredients
apples and pears in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Add apples and pears; toss to coat.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Sprinkle sugar mixture over biscuits. Return to oven, uncovered; continue baking 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are lightly browned.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

My wife lovingly allowed me to try this recipe since I thought it would be so good. I did not have any trouble with baking this dish to perfection. Our dinner guests helped cut the apples and pears and then consummed their share of the delicious results. Consensus: Fabulous, we'll do it again.
