1 loaf frozen whole wheat or white bread dough, thawed, cut into 32 pieces
1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt

Place bread dough pieces into bowl.

Combine all remaining ingredients in another bowl. Pour over bread dough; toss to coat well.

Arrange bread dough in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole or 1 1/2-quart souffle pan. Cover; let rise in warm place 1 1/2-2 hours or until double in size.

Heat oven to 375°F.

Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. If bread begins to brown too quickly, cover loosely with aluminum foil. Cool 10 minutes; invert pan to remove bread. Serve warm.

Delicious! I have made this several times, even doubling the batch. It is always a hit!
Delicious! I made it for dinner last night along with fresh caught walleye, garlic mashed potatoes and green beans from my garden. My husband is the fussiest eater alive and he ate almost half of it. The recipe is fairly quick to prepare although I will try it with the frozen roll dough as the other reviewer suggested.
I have made this several times for a gathering with friends and parties at work, everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. Very easy to make and looks like you took a lot of time. If you want a short cut buy frozen dinner roll dough, and cut in half instead of a loaf of bread dough
