Easy and delicious
This is my go to dessert when I go to someones home. Not only is it delish, but professional looking as well. I always get rave reviews. Very easy to make and a sure hit with everyone.
I made this for a dinner party, and it was such a hit! Everyone bragged about it, and wanted the recipe! Of course I told them to check out Land O'Lakes website for this delicious recipe! My only concern in baking it was that I kept it in the oven for longer than the total recommended time of 65 minutes, and still was not able to have a clean knife when inserted in the center. So I decided it had been in long enough, took it out of the oven, cooled it, then chilled it in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving. It was cooked through, so there was no need to worry. Recommend this recipe!
I've been making this recipe for years and it's always a hit. I like making it in the fall as a slight change from all the apple pies.
This is best served chilled.
I recently tried out this recipe for my family, and staff at my son's business.Everyone raved about it - I have made it 3 times since, and will probably make it for the holidays. I would like to eat the whole thing myself!!!
