Pasta, turkey and broccoli combine in this all-time favorite casserole. Use up leftover turkey from Thanksgiving to make a delicious new casserole dinner!
Heat oven to 350°F.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.
Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat; stir in flour 1 minute or until smooth and bubbly. Stir in chicken broth; continue cooking, stirring constantly with whisk, 4-5 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese until melted. Stir in milk and hot pepper sauce.
Combine cooked spaghetti, turkey, broccoli and mushrooms in greased 2-quart casserole. Add cheese mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until bubbly around edge.

I always overdo with the veggies and turkey, so I was short on the sauce. The recipe looks as good as your picture shows it! I made this for a dinner-after-a-baby-shower when people have had too many sweets, too many stupid games, and are looking for real food. Thanks for the recipe.
The 2nd time I made this I added more cheese and green chili instead of pepper sauce fanastic.
