Cheeseburgers with Cucumber Salsa
This salsa, made with chopped cucumber, tomatoes and red onion, tastes great on grilled cheeseburgers.

Ingredients
Cheeseburgers
1 pound lean ground beef

4 cup chopped onion1
4 teaspoon salt1
4 teaspoon pepper2 tablespoons country-style Dijon mustard
8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
Salsa

2 cup) tomato, chopped1 small (1
2 cup) cucumber, chopped1
4 cup chopped red onion1 tablespoon country-style Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed

STEP 1
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

Combine all burger ingredients except cheese in bowl. Shape into 4 patties; set aside.

Combine all salsa ingredients in bowl.

Place hamburgers onto grill. Grill, turning once, 10-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F and meat is no longer pink in center. Top each burger with 2 slices cheese; continue grilling until cheese is melted. Place burgers onto bottom half of buns; top with 2 tablespoons salsa and top half of bun.
