This was delicious, not too sweet, had a good texture. Great for breakfast!
I baked this in a 9x5 inch glass loaf pan and tried to adjust the amount of baking time. I baked it for 40 min @ 350, but I should have baked it 45 - 48 min. The top of the bread was a little doughy, but oh sooo good. The tase and texture is very good. Also, I combined the dry ingredients with the wet after I had mixed the wet very well. It caused a very good rise to the bread. Thanks.
