1 (8-inch) loaf round bread, unsliced
4 ounces thinly sliced roast beef
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
6 lettuce leaves
1 medium tomato, sliced 1/4-inch
1/4 pound thinly sliced pastrami
- For variety, add 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper to butter. Spread cut surfaces of bread with butter mixture.
- Prepare sandwich as directed above. Cover with plastic food wrap; place in cold picnic cooler when transporting.
