Bacon Tomato Dip

The flavors of bacon, tomato and parsley blend perfectly in this tasty dip.

2 cups sour cream
8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
1 medium (1 cup) tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Chips, crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables


Combine all ingredients except chips, crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables in bowl; mix well. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.

Serve dip with chips, crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables.

Good dip!,

I would suggest that you replace the bacon by iberico ham, aka pata negra or jamon iberico, significantly lowering the fat content of this great dip.
