Honey Mustard Ham With Sautéed Apples

Ingredients

1 1/4 pound (1/2-inch thick) ham steak
3 tablespoons honey mustard
2 medium red cooking apples, cored, cut into thin rings

Directions

Heat broiler. Place ham steak on broiler pan; spread with honey mustard. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until browned and bubbly (8 to 10 minutes).

Meanwhile, melt Fresh Buttery Taste® Spread in 10-inch skillet until sizzling ; add apples. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until tender (6 to 8 minutes). Serve apples with ham steak.
