The BLT sandwich has always been a family favorite recipe. Here's a tempting twist that's great any time of the day.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dry ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
4 cups torn lettuce
2 medium (2 cups) tomatoes, chopped
16 slices bacon, cooked
Combine all spread ingredients in small bowl; set aside.
Warm tortillas according to package directions. Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons spread. Layer each with 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/4 cup tomatoes and 2 slices cooked bacon. Bring sides of tortillas together; secure with toothpicks.
To warm tortillas, place tortilla between 2 paper towels; microwave 15-20 seconds. Or, wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and bake at 350°F, 8-10 minutes.
