Becky has spent her entire career cooking and baking, which are also her favorite hobbies outside of work. For her, time spent in the kitchen not only relieves stress, but is lots of fun as well. These green beans are topped with pistachio nuts for a delicious final touch!

A simple, delicious twist on the 'green bean side dish.' The pistachios add a savory crunch to the dish, as well as a tremendous taste combo with the beans. I would have never paired the two. The second timeI prepared them, I sprinkled a bit of sweet paprika over the beans and it added another flavor layer that worked well!
I served this at Thanksgiving and everyone loved the twist of the nuts.
Wonderfully simple and tasty. Much healthier than green bean casserole. Buy Pistachios already shelled.
