An ice cream lover's delight! Layers of chocolate, strawberry and vanilla form this do-ahead dessert.
Combine all brownie ingredients in bowl; mix well. Bake as directed on brownie package, using 13x9-inch baking pan. Cool completely.
Drizzle strawberry topping over top of cooled brownies. Top with softened vanilla ice cream, spreading until smooth; arrange bananas over ice cream. Drizzle with 1 cup hot fudge topping. Cover; freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Spread frozen dessert with strawberry ice cream; top with crushed pineapple. Cover; freeze 6 hours or overnight until firm.
Drizzle with remaining hot fudge topping. Garnish each serving with whipped cream, pecans and maraschino cherry, if desired.

I made this for a dept mtg and all that was left was a few spoonfuls of melted ice cream. Folks scarfed it right up. I do think the time prep should be revised. Can't freeze for 6 hours or overnight twice and only have 6 hours prep time.
I make two batches for a birthday party. It was a great hit.Make sure brownie is completely cold I frose the brownie before adding next layer. It can be made a couple of days in advance of serving. I lined the pan with foil spray pay first so that it can be removed for easier cutting and serving.
Make sure that it wasn't so prepared ahead of time before the person eats or the ice cream will melt.
