Double Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies
These chocolate cookies have less fat and cholesterol when made with light butter.

Heat oven to 350°F. Place 1/3 cup chocolate chips in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100% power), stirring every 15 seconds, until melted (30 to 60 seconds).
Combine sugar and light butter in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add melted chocolate, egg and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until well mixed. Stir in remaining chocolate chips and oats.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until set. (Do Not Overbake.) Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire cooling rack.
