This tangy cheese ball is delicious served with crackers or slices of apples and pears.
Combine all cheese ball ingredients
walnuts and parsley in bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight until firm.
Combine walnuts and parsley in bowl.
Shape cheese mixture into ball; roll in walnut mixture to coat.
Serve with crackers or apple slices.

I didn't like it AT ALL-I'm not a fan of bitter cheeses. I doubled the recipe to make a large tree shape: not much of it got eaten- partially because I made it look like a Christmas topiary, but, also because others don't like the blue cheese/feta, cheeses' bitter tastes. However, some loved it.
