Recipe Comments & Reviews

this is great! i like my carrots soft so i baked it covered for 25, then after raising the temperature I baked for 20 minutes. I used a one pound bag of baby carrots
This recipe is excellent, but I was actually able to one-up it. Instead of water I used orange juice and also used real butter with the honey and brown sugar and added I teaspoon of apple pie spice. I also used regular carrots. Probably around the same amount, 4 cups, sliced in half, then quartered. Absolutely wonderful!
This dish is easy to make, has a wonderful flavor, and goes with beef, pork and chicken.
My Grandaughter is going through a I don't like it stage with vegatables but loves this dish and asks for it regularly when she is over for supper.
