2 cups frozen O'Brien potatoes
1 medium onion, cut into eighths
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 pound Kielbasa or smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; add potatoes and onion. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
Stir in broccoli and sausage. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 6-8 minutes or until broccoli is crisply tender and sausage is heated through.
Prepared broccoli florets can be found in the produce section or in salad bar section of large grocery stores.
