Fu-Silly Chili Skillet
Toss curly noodles with chili fixings for a sure fire clean-your-plate meal.

8 ounces (4 cups) uncooked dried fusilli pasta (thin corkscrew or pasta twists)
1/2 pound Italian turkey sausage or extra-lean ground beef
1 (16-ounce) can chili beans
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
3/4 cup fat free sour cream
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Meanwhile, cook sausage in 12-inch deep skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink (10 to 12 minutes). Drain off fat.
Stir in cooked pasta, chili beans and tomatoes. Continue cooking until heated through (2 to 3 minutes). Stir in sour cream; continue cooking until heated through (1 minute).
- If desired, sour cream can be spooned onto Fu-Silly Chili rather than stirred in.
