This quick side-dish is full of flavor.

1/2 cup uncooked dried rosamarina pasta (orzo)
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 cup small broccoli florets
1 medium (1/2 cup) onion, chopped
1/2 cup finely shredded carrot
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon leaves*
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Keep warm.
Meanwhile, heat oil in 10-inch skillet; stir in garlic. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Stir in broccoli, onion, carrot and tarragon. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisply tender (5 to 6 minutes). Stir in cooked pasta. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through (1 to 2 minutes).
*Substitute 1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves.
