Thought these would be a crowd pleaser. Glad I tasted them before I left. Not a fan of the Dijon mustard. They toasted too fast, more like 12 minutes in oven maybe. Will subtract the mustard, but don't know what else to add in its place.
I have made this at Christmas when my family gets togrther, we do appatizers and this one is an absolut hit. I will be making it from now on, I won't save it till Christmas either! delicious.

I have made these tarts several times. I ran out of red pepper so I added cayenne pepper. Wow - they received rave reviews!!Susan R
