Green Chile & Cheese Potatoes
This skillet potato recipe uses frozen potato wedges for an extra easy side dish.

1 (24-ounce) package frozen potato wedges with skins
1 medium (1 cup) onion, chopped
2 (4-ounce) cans chopped green chiles
Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet until sizzling; add potato wedges and onion. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender and potatoes are cooked through and slightly browned (8 to 12 minutes).
Reduce heat to low. Stir in chiles; sprinkle with cheese. Cover; cook until cheese is melted (2 to 3 minutes). Salt and pepper to taste.
