 
                    Salted Nut Bars
Nut bars with a great butter crust and a topping of butterscotch chips and mixed nuts make a delicious, chewy bar.

Ingredients
Crust
1 12 cups all-purpose flour
34 cup firmly packed brown sugar
12 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
14 teaspoon salt
Topping
14 cup light corn syrup
1 cup butterscotch-flavored baking chips
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1 tablespoon water
14 teaspoon salt
1 12 cups mixed nuts
How to make
- 
                                    STEP 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil over ends. Spray foil with no-stick cooking spray; set aside. 
- 
                                    STEP 2 Combine all crust ingredients in bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press crumb mixture into prepared pan. Bake 10 minutes. 
- 
                                    STEP 3 Place all topping ingredients except mixed nuts in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 5-7 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in nuts until well coated. 
- 
                                    STEP 4 Spread mixture over hot, partially baked crust. Continue baking 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Lift bars out of pan using foil ends; cut into bars.
