Rebecca's journey into the food world was a little different than that of her coworkers. She didn't grow up in her grandmother's kitchen and there was no secret spaghetti sauce recipe. Her mother, who owned a home daycare center, needed to prepare large quantities of kid-friendly food as quickly as possible.

Layered popular Asian ingredients make a tasty dip to scoop up with crackers.
Combine all teriyaki glaze ingredients in 10-inch nonstick skillet; cook over medium heat 5-6 minutes or until liquid is reduced to thick paste. Add chicken; cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from heat; set aside.
Combine butter, cream cheese and chili sauce in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth.
Spread cheese mixture in 10x8-inch rectangle on serving platter. Spoon chicken evenly over cream cheese to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with cilantro, green onions, peanuts and carrots.

This is fairly easy to make and tastes wonderful. I made it for a party at my house and people have asked me to make it again. You can adjust the ingredients to your taste.
