Blue Cheese & Pepper Salad
An intriguing, welcoming combination of mixed greens, cucumbers and bright green peas, sprinkled with crumbled blue cheese and topped with a garlic and sour cream dressing.

1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (10-ounce) bag (6 cups) mixed salad greens
16 cherry tomatoes
8 (1/2-inch) peeled cucumber slices, quartered
1 cup frozen green peas, cooked, drained
1/2 cup red onion rings, separated
2 ounces (1/2 cup) crumbled blue cheese
Freshly ground black pepper
Combine sour cream, milk, garlic and salt in small bowl with wire whisk; mix well. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
To serve, divide greens among four plates. Top each with tomatoes, cucumbers, peas and onions; sprinkle with blue cheese. Drizzle each serving with
dressing; sprinkle with pepper.
