Sesame Carrots Gourmet
Carrots are cooked with asparagus and sprinkled with sesame seed for a quick vegetable dish.

4 medium (2 cups) carrots, cut into 2x1/4-inch strips
1 (10-ounce) package frozen asparagus cuts, thawed, drained
1 tablespoon sesame seed, toasted
1/2 teaspoon salt
Bring 3/4 cup water to a boil in 2-quart saucepan; add carrots. Cover; cook over medium heat until carrots are crisply tender (4 to 5 minutes). Drain; set aside.
Melt butter in same saucepan until sizzling. Stir in carrots and all remaining ingredients. Cover; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until asparagus is crisply tender (2 to 3 minutes).
