Kids will love to have this fun hearty pizza for breakfast.
Heat oven to 450°F.
Whisk eggs and milk together in bowl.
Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet; add egg mixture. Cook, lifting gently and stirring slightly to allow uncooked portions to flow underneath, 2-3 minutes or until set. Remove from heat; set aside.
Place pizza crust onto large baking sheet; top with 4 slices cheese, cooked eggs and bacon.
Cut remaining 2 slices cheese into quarters; separate pieces. Place cheese pieces over pizza. Bake 9-11 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Cut into 6 wedges. Serve hot.
*Substitute chopped pepperoni.

I like this recipe; however, it's summer time and there is an abundance of summer veggies to top pizza with. Diced tomatoes, green and yellow peppers, onion, and fresh parsley... Also, taco sauce between the crust and toppings makes a tasty addition. Consider adding, or substituting, provolone cheese with a Mexican cheese blend for a taste of the southwest..
my family has always made a breakfast pizza similar to this similar to the this but the only difference is we make the crust in the oven first by itself, and while its baking we make the bacon and chop it into pieces and add the bacon into the eggs and once the crust is done we top it with salsa then place the egg mixture on top and finish it off with shredded cheese and melt the cheese in the oven on broil it
Made this recipe up at the cabin and everyone LOVED it and my family is pretty particular when it comes to breakfast. I put in extra bacon and cheese and they thought it could have still used more! Next time I will probably also add green peppers, onion, etc. This was a huge hit!
My family (with two toddler boys) loved this pizza. I used shreaded colby jack on the top and the smoked provolone on the bottom plus I used turkey bacon and it was awesome! Definitly a keeper!
Great for adults too! Because there were only 2 of us I used one if those smaller pre-made pizza crusts. Differen and good.

Even though it seems like summer may have just started, let’s face it – school is just around the corner. Even if you don’t want to think about it (or, let’s be honest here, are secretly excited to have the kids back in school), it helps to plan ahead. More ...
