Bacon 'N Egg Breakfast Pizza

Kids will love to have this fun hearty pizza for breakfast.

3 tablespoons milk


1 (10-ounce) (11-inch) thin prepared pizza crust
4 slices crisply cooked bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces*


Heat oven to 450°F.

Beat eggs and milk in bowl until well mixed.

Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet; add egg mixture. Cook, lifting gently and stirring slightly to allow uncooked portions to flow underneath, 2-3 minutes or until set. Remove from heat; set aside.

Place pizza crust onto large baking sheet; top with 4 slices cheese, cooked eggs and bacon.

Stack remaining 2 slices cheese.  Cut cheese into quarters; separate. Place cheese pieces over pizza. Bake 9-11 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Cut into 6 wedges. Serve hot.


*Substitute chopped pepperoni.

my family has always made a breakfast pizza similar to this similar to the this but the only difference is we make the crust in the oven first by itself, and while its baking we make the bacon and chop it into pieces and add the bacon into the eggs and once the crust is done we top it with salsa then place the egg mixture on top and finish it off with shredded cheese and melt the cheese in the oven on broil it
Made this recipe up at the cabin and everyone LOVED it and my family is pretty particular when it comes to breakfast. I put in extra bacon and cheese and they thought it could have still used more! Next time I will probably also add green peppers, onion, etc. This was a huge hit!
My family (with two toddler boys) loved this pizza. I used shreaded colby jack on the top and the smoked provolone on the bottom plus I used turkey bacon and it was awesome! Definitly a keeper!
Great for adults too! Because there were only 2 of us I used one if those smaller pre-made pizza crusts.
Differen and good.
