Cook hard-cooked eggs ahead of time for a quick energy snack.
Carefully place eggs in single layer in 4-quart saucepan. Add enough water to cover at least 1 inch above eggs. Cover saucepan.
Cook over medium-high heat 12-15 minutes or until water comes to a boil. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 15 minutes.
Place eggs into ice water 5-7 minutes or until cooled. Peel eggs. Store refrigerated.

Completely cooked through and so easy to peel.
Perfect hard boiled eggs every time.
I made these and it does come out great...much better looking than with that gray ring..thanks for sharing...
