Ingredients

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread

1 (12-ounce) package marshmallows

8 cups toasted rice cereal

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Spray 13x9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in Dutch oven or 4-quart saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows; stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal; mix until well coated.

  3. STEP 3

    Working quickly, spoon cereal mixture into prepared pan; press down evenly. Cool completely.

Tip #1

For a sweet topping, combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in small bowl. Beat at low speed, adding just enough milk for desired drizzling consistency. Drizzle over cooled bars. Let set before cutting.
