Cinnamon Banana Bread

Everyone’s favorite—banana bread is made even more delicious with the taste of cinnamon.

Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar
2 ripe (1 cup) bananas, mashed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 8x4-inch loaf pan; set aside.

Combine sugar, 1/2 cup Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and eggs in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add bananas and vanilla; beat at low speed until well mixed. Stir in all remaining ingredients until just mixed.

Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake 55-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely.

Serve with additional Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread, if desired.

Hello - just sub the 1 cup of bananas with pumpkin or sweet potato. I've made pumpkin bread with sweet potatoes because pumpkin is so high priced now. One can also freeze bananas.
Just peal, wrap in wax paper, and put in a zip lock freezer bag. Also I freeze sweet potatoes in
small zip lock bags then put all of them in a large zip lock bag.
I did it with pumpkin pure and sweet potato pure and it turned out pretty good !!!
I've also modified it with canned pumpkin instead of banana, adding nutmeg as well, HUGE hit with everyone!
I have not made this yet but why not a recipe for pumpkin cinnamon bread
