Apple crisp, an all-time favorite dessert, has a crunchy topping of oats and cinnamon.
Heat oven to 375°F.
Place apples into ungreased 2-quart square baking dish.
Combine oats, brown sugar and flour in bowl; mix in Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread with fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle sugar mixture over apples. Bake 25-35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
Serve warm. Dollop with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Dietary Fiber: 5g
Made with just one stick of butter and added cinnamon! Topped with vanilla icecream!
