Cinnamon-Glazed Carrots

These cinnamon glazed carrots are a quick, easy and delicious side dish.

1 pound carrots, peeled, sliced 1/8-inch thick
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Chopped fresh parsley, if desired


Combine carrots and water in 10-inch skillet. Cover; cook over medium heat 5-6 minutes or until carrots are crisply tender.

Uncover; stir in Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes or until carrots are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.

Add a little honey, just a tablespoon; and it's perfect.
I love this recipe! It is so simple and delicious. My family doesn't like veggies, but they ate this.
It seemed like it needed something else added to it, but otherwise, pretty good.
easy to make and tastes great. i used more butter spread
I would put in a little more butter mix; otherwise it is too dry.
Except for carrots needing more cooking time, the recipe was great. A saver!
