Cinnamon shortbread cookies that are melt-in-your-mouth good, ready in minutes and inexpensive to make.

Easy enough to mix up and roll. Slice fast though once you remove from refrigerator, doesn't take long to get soft again. We rolled them in Cinnamon sugar before slicing, and sprinkled after.... came out great
This is a nice buttery cookie, but cinnamon??? Not really. If it's cinnamon taste you want, look elsewhere.
THIS RECIPE WAS ALSO SIMPLE TO MAKE . MY HUSBAND AND MY DAUGHTER SAID MA,THEY ARE LIKE PEANUTS , YOU CAN'T STOP EATING THEM.YOU REALLY HAVE TO MAKE A DOUBLE RECIPE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE SOME LEFT OVER. I USE L.O.L BUTTER FOR ALL MY BAKING AND NEVER SUBSTITUTE. YOU WILL RUIN YOUR TASTE. I WILL MAKE THESE AGAIN. I JUST DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO BAKE LIKE I WANT TO. I HAVE BEEN BAKING FOR 40 YEARS AND I LOVE IT. MAKE THESE COOKIES , YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY YOU DID. THANK YOU FOR ALL THOSE WONDER FULL SCRUMPSIOUS RECIPE'S THANK YOU AGAIN
These are quick and easy to make. They are a keeper!
When I made these wonderful delicate cookies I omitted the cinnamon and sugar after they were baked. They were excellent! A real family favorite and easy too!
Well i added my own special touch to the recipe but it was still GREAT. the recipe really is melt in your mouth and taste so great.
