1 (10-ounce) round (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crust
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup sliced green onions*
1 ounce (1/4 cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 ounces (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 425°F.
Place pizza crust onto large ungreased baking sheet or pizza pan. Spread barbecue sauce over crust; sprinkle with chicken and onions.
Create candy corn design by placing Monterey Jack cheese in center in a 4-inch circle. Place American cheese around Monterey Jack cheese forming a 2-inch ring. Place Cheddar cheese around American cheese to 1/2 inch from edge.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Cut into wedges to resemble candy corn.
*Substitute 1/4 cup chopped red onion.
Cheese can be shredded up to 1 day ahead of assembling and baking this pizza. Store refrigerated.
