1/2 cup uncooked old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
3 (5x2-inch) (1/2 cup) graham crackers, coarsely chopped
2 cups vanilla yogurt
2 cups your favorite fresh fruit
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine all granola ingredients in bowl; stir well to combine. Spread into lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake, stirring once, 11-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely; break apart.
Layer ingredients starting with 1 tablespoon granola, 1/4 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup fruit; repeat layers ending with granola.
Serve immediately or cover each with plastic food wrap. Refrigerate up to 2 hours.
Double granola recipe and make extra granola for snacking.
