This meal is full of fresh Italian flavor and ready in a matter of minutes!
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Add 1 tablespoon butter; toss to coat pasta. Keep warm.
Melt remaining butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until sizzling; add chicken. Cook, turning occasionally, 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F. and juices run clear when pierced with fork. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Add bruschetta topping. Continue cooking 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
Serve chicken over hot cooked pasta. Top with bruschetta mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
*Substitute 2 cups chopped tomatoes, 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil.

Easy recipe with great flavor! I think how much you like it depends in part on the brand of bruschetta topping you buy. Many grocery stores sell it jarred if you can't find fresh and making your own always taste better when tomatoes are at their peak.
