Recipe Comments & Reviews

With Land O Lakes I've become a great cook & baker! This recipe is a great quick salad side for dinners or serve as is with Land O Lakes 4 Cheese Italian Blend for an easy to make luncheon meal (serve with LOL bautter & warm rolls)>
Do you thaw the shrimp or cook them frozen? I've been told that cooking shrimp while the are frozen makes thm tough.

The shrimp are thawed, rinsed and drained. I, too, always make sure the shrimp are drained or dried off well so there is no excess moisture on them before cooking.
