Quick Salsa Skillet
Black bean and corn salsa add texture and flavor to this super quick meal. Substitute your favorite salsa if you wish.

1 pound ground turkey
Salt, if desired
Pepper, if desired
1 (16-ounce) jar black bean and corn salsa
2 cups multi-colored tortillas strips*
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
Cook ground turkey in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat 8-9 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Stir in salsa; top with cheese. Cover; reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with tortilla strips.
Remove from heat; sprinkle with shredded lettuce.
*Substitute 2 cups broken tortilla chips.
- Look for multi-colored tortilla strips in the produce section of the supermarket near the salad toppings.
- Serve this skillet with sour cream and chopped cilantro for extra flavor!
