This sweet corn recipe with butter and cream cheese has a delicious sauce in this easy-to-do vegetable side dish.
Combine all ingredients in 4-quart slow cooker.
Cook, stirring once or twice, on High 2-2 1/2 hours, or on Low 4-5 hours or until flavors are well blended. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.

My daughter refers to this as creamed corn and loves it. I usually make it on the stove though as is doesn't really have to cook too long. Like the idea of tarragon.
Once I started making this, it's now required for any get-together! Never has a single dish been so well-received!
My family really enjoys this creamy sweet corn. We like to use a mixture of white and yellow corn to give it a nice color. The corn isn't too sweet, and it very rich, but always a hit at holidays. My mother in-law always asks for it!
Easy to make and very tasty. I love making it in the crockpot because it saves extra space on my stovetop. It has just enough ingredients to make your corn be more flavorable. Very moist and everyone at our Thanksgiving dinner raved over it.
I used the slow cooker method. This recipe is just too rich. My Grandkids didnt even like it, and they love all corn dishes!
I have made this recipe for several years now on Thanksgiving & Christmas. It is delicious. I have to at least double or triple the recipe. There is never any leftovers. I made it for work on year & now I have to bring it every year for our Thanksgiving celebration at work! It is so easy and so good. It saves you so much time in the kitchen, just put in crock pot and that's it! Love it!
This recipe is the best. What I do differently, though, is add chopped fresh chives.
I love this recipe! I add about 1 tsp. or dried tarrragon and that makes it even more amazing!
My family has been making this dish for years and it is always something we make for holiday dinners. You can also add a can of green chilies for additional flavor without adding any spicy heat to the dish. Trust me, you will not have any leftovers of this dish!
