Try this new twist on the traditional lunchbox standard ham and cheese sandwich. It’s easy to assemble and even easier to eat. QUIZ ANSWER:
We hear a lot about gluten, but what is it? It's the protein in wheat that holds bread together and makes it chewy.
Heat oven to 450°F. Grease or line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle. Cut into 4 (7x5-inch) rectangles.
Place 1 slice cheese onto half of each piece of dough. Top with 1/4 ham slices and 1 slice cheese. Fold dough over filling, aligning edges. Press edges with fork to seal.
Place onto prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with egg; cut 2 slits in top with sharp knife.
Dietary Fiber: 1g
