All the flavors of margherita pizza are made into an irresistible pasta dish.

6 ounces (1 1/2 cups) uncooked dried penne pasta
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
2 medium (2 cups) tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; return to saucepan. Keep warm.
Meanwhile, melt Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds or until softened. Add tomatoes and basil; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Add pasta and Parmesan cheese, stir until combined. Serve immediately.
