2 (3/4-inch thick) slices sweet Hawaiian bread, cut into (2 cups) cubes
1 (5- to 6-ounce) package baby greens or spring greens
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup thinly sliced basil
2 cups halved or quartered strawberries
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Heat oven to 325°F.
Place melted butter in bowl. Add bread cubes; toss to coat. Spread bread mixture onto ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 14-18 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool completely.
Combine greens, green onions and basil in bowl. Add strawberries and vinaigrette; toss to combine. Top with sliced almonds and croutons; serve immediately.
Strawberries vary in size. Cut strawberries into halves or quarters so they are easier to eat.
