Adding chipotle into the burger mixture guarantees smoky flavor in every bite with just the right amount of heat.
Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Combine sour cream and 1 tablespoon cilantro in bowl; mix well. Set aside.
Combine all burger ingredients except cheese and buns in bowl; mix well. Shape into 4 patties.
Place patties onto grill. Grill, turning once, 8-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F. and meat is no longer pink in center. Top each burger with 2 slices cheese; continue grilling 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Place buns, cut-sides down onto grill. Grill 1-2 minutes or until toasted.
Assemble burgers by spreading 1 tablespoon cilantro spread onto bottom half of each bun. Top with 1 cheeseburger, 1/4 avocado slices and 2 tablespoons pico de gallo. Cover with top half of bun. Serve immediately.
