Ooey Gooey Popcorn Balls
Kettle corn is the basis of these easy sweet and salty popcorn balls!

1 (10-ounce) bag large marshmallows
1 (7-ounce) bag (14 cups) kettle corn, popped*
1 cup chopped dry roasted salted peanuts
Combine butter and marshmallows in 8-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Add kettle corn; stir until popcorn is coated. Gently stir in 1 cup chopped peanuts
Shape mixture into 20 (2 1/2-inch) balls with buttered hands. Wrap each ball in waxed paper.
*Substitute salted popcorn.
Ooey Gooey Popcorn Bars. Butter 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside. Prepare mixture as directed; press into prepared pan. Immediately top with an additional 1/2 cup chopped peanuts. Cool completely (1 hour). Cut into bars. 24 bars
