Turkey Pesto Ciabatta

This recipe pairs bright, fresh-tasting pesto with turkey on chewy ciabatta bread, taking your basic turkey sandwich to a whole new level of delicious.

1 (16-ounce) loaf ciabatta bread, sliced horizontally
1/2 cup prepared pesto
1 cup spinach leaves, washed, trimmed, loosely packed
12 ounces thinly sliced deli turkey
2 medium tomatoes, sliced


Spread cut-sides of bread evenly with pesto.

Top bottom half of bread with an even layer of spinach. Add turkey, cheese slices and tomato slices. Cover with top half of bread. Cut into 6 equal sandwiches.
