Doughnut Bread Pudding

Bread Pudding

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 large glazed raised doughnuts, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

Cinnamon Glaze

3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 to 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Half & Half


Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 1 1/2-quart baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

Combine all pudding ingredients except doughnuts in large bowl; mix well. Add doughnut pieces; mix until coated. Let mixture stand 5 minutes.

Spoon into prepared dish. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until puffed and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly.

Meanwhile, combine powdered sugar, Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in small bowl. Beat, gradually adding enough half & half for desired glazing consistency. Drizzle over slightly cooled pudding. Serve immediately.

This sounds so tastey ,cant wait to try it.
Yummy. So easy to put together-made one for my school staff and the next day a second one for my husband's office- to this one- I added handfuls of raisins, chopped -apricots, cherries and walnuts. Not being a big fan of cinnamon- I made a Maple syrup glaze. Quite a few requests to share the recipe.
Very good and easy!
