Easy Fajita Pizza
Deli roast beef and fajita flavors create a unique pizza to whip up after a busy day. Add a tossed salad to complete the meal.

1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 pound sliced deli roast beef, cut into strips
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 (4- to 4.4-ounce) pre-baked Naan flatbreads*
Chopped fresh cilantro, if desired
Heat oven to 425°F. Melt butter in 10-inch no-stick skillet over medium high heat until sizzling; add onion, peppers and garlic. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 4-6 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender. Stir in beef strips, chili powder, cumin and salt. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
Place flatbreads on large ungreased baking sheet. Divide meat mixture evenly among breads. Top with cheese strips and cilantro, if desired. Bake 7-9 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
*Substitute 3 (3- to 3.5-ounce) Naan flatbreads.
- One tablespoon fajita seasoning may be used in place of chili powder, cumin and salt.
- Make sure your oven is preheated when baking pizza to ensure a crispy hot crust.
- Naan bread is a lightly leavened East Indian flatbread. It comes in different sizes and can be found in the bakery or deli section of the supermarket.
